Three things go wrong on interior projects. All three are structural.
They aren't bad luck and they aren't bad people. They follow from a company that designs your home but doesn't control the people building it.

The bench

The drawing
Your approved design becomes a working drawing. Every panel dimensioned before anyone touches a board.

The board
You choose the core and the finish, and you see it in your hand. The board you approve is the board we cut — there's no third party in the middle with a reason to substitute it.

The bench
Cut, assembled and sealed by our own joiners. Edges banded and pressed, not glued on by hand at a site.

The finish
Sprayed and hand-finished in our own booth. The part of a wardrobe you touch every day, done by someone whose name we know.

The check
Every piece measured against the drawing before it leaves the building. If it's wrong, it doesn't go on the van.

The fit
Our own team, in your home. Same company, same accountability, same phone number when something needs adjusting.

About the modular factory.
Yes — Tuesday to Sunday, at our Pune factory. You'll see the wood, the bench and the people. We'd rather you came; it explains the difference faster than any page can, and nobody who sub-contracts can invite you.
It's the answer to the three things that go wrong on interior projects. Timeline: your work sits on our bench, not in someone else's queue. Material: you approve the board and we cut that board — there's no one in between who profits from swapping it. Warranty: we made it, so there's no argument about whose problem it is.
The opposite. A marketplace adds its margin on top of a vendor's margin, and you pay for both. There's only one of us.
Everything joinery: kitchen carcasses and shutters, wardrobes, storage, TV units, bespoke furniture. Civil work, ceilings, painting and electrical happen on site with our own teams. Appliances and loose furniture are sourced.
