Every studio shows you finished rooms. We show you the bare flat and the finished room, in the same frame, and let you slide the line yourself. Nobody who sub-contracts the build can put this on their website — they weren't there before the first board went up.
What we make

We are not trying to be everything. We do apartments in Pune, properly — and we make the pieces ourselves.

We know what a kitchen costs us, because we make it. There is no vendor's margin hiding underneath ours, and nothing to discover halfway through.

Ready in forty-five days — from design sign-off.
The clock starts the day your design is finalised, not before. Your work is then booked onto our own bench, not queued behind a contractor's other clients. The date goes in the contract — and when we miss it, we publish that too.

We made the piece, so there is nobody to point at when something needs fixing. It's a document you read before you sign, not a line on a webpage.

The reason is the same in all three cases: we design your home fully around you, and then make it ourselves. Other interior companies design the home and hand the building of it to a third party. Everything that goes wrong on an interiors project — the delay nobody owns, the laminate that isn't the one you chose, the after-sales that goes quiet — comes out of that one gap.

Most interior studios draw a beautiful kitchen, then send the drawing to whoever quoted lowest that month. We have never worked that way. Our joinery is made on our own bench, by people whose names we know, a short drive from the flat it's going into.
It is a slower way to run a business and a better way to build a home. It also means that when we tell you what something costs and when it will be finished, we are describing our own work, not someone else's.

A date. In the contract.
First we plan and design with you. Once the design is finalised, the 45-day clock starts — because the work happens on our own bench, not in someone else's queue. If we're late, it's our name on it, and we publish that too.

Design · Day 0
We measure
A designer visits and measures the flat. 2D layouts, mood boards, 3D drafts and material selection — revised until you sign off. Your final quote is locked at design finalisation, and the 45-day clock starts here.
Day 1–30
We make
Your kitchen and wardrobes are made on our own bench in our Pune factory. Come and watch if you like.
Day 31–43
We fit
Our own team, in your home. Photographs to your phone every evening.
Day 45
We handover
Snags closed, warranty signed, keys back to you.
What it costs
Premium interiors don't have to cost what you've been quoted.
We make your home ourselves, so you pay for the craft and not the middleman. Here's where each home starts.
Final cost depends on materials, scope and customisation. Anyone who gives you an exact number before measuring your flat is guessing — and the gap gets recovered later. We fix it after a detailed discussion on your requirements, and then it doesn't move.

The things you're actually worried about.
Because we're not waiting on anyone. Interior projects slip because the company designing your home doesn't control the people building it. We do — your kitchen and wardrobes are made on our own bench, on a slot booked for you. The 45 days goes in the contract, and when we miss it we publish that too.
It doesn't. After the site visit you get an itemised, line-by-line price, and you sign it. The only thing that changes it is you changing the scope — and then you approve the new line before we act on it.
Yes, and we'd rather you did. Come to our Pune factory and see the wood, the bench, and the people who'll make your home. Nobody who sub-contracts can offer you that.
Because there's one margin, not two. A marketplace adds its cut on top of the vendor's cut, and you pay for both. We make the pieces ourselves, so what you're paying for is the craft.
