A warranty is a document.
Not a number on a homepage.
You should be able to read the terms before you sign anything. Most companies in this market will not show you them until after.

The board you approve is the board we cut.
The most common complaint against the big platforms is that what arrives isn't what was shown. When the bench is yours, there's nobody in between with a reason to substitute it.
The terms
What's covered, and what isn't.
Our workmanship on everything we manufacture — carcass, joinery, finish and installation. Hardware carries its own brand-backed warranty, which passes through to you. The full terms are in the document, and you can read them before you sign anything.
Normal wear, water damage from plumbing failure, modifications made by someone else, and anything we didn't manufacture. We state this plainly, because an honest exclusion list is the only reason anyone believes the inclusion list.
Because we made it. A marketplace warranties something a vendor built — so when it fails, two companies decide whose problem it is, and often the vendor has moved on. We made your kitchen on our own bench. There is nobody else to point at.
One phone number, and a person who answers it. Not a form.
Come and see where your home gets made.
Our Pune factory, Tuesday to Sunday. Or we come to you, measure the flat, and give you a fixed price in 48 hours.
