1. Warranty Coverage

Hauspire provides a limited 10-year warranty that applies only to modular furniture manufactured and installed by Hauspire, and associated hardware used in modular components (e.g., hinges, channels, drawer slides, handles, and fittings).

This warranty strictly covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the core structure of modular furniture (such as plywood, MDF, or particle board).
  • Workmanship defects in modular assembly, joinery, or alignment.
  • Hardware malfunction as covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Non-Covered Items (No Warranty / No Service After Handover)

The following items are not covered under warranty or under the complimentary service period — effective from the next day of project handover.

Non-modular furniture All site-made carpentry furniture, custom loose furniture, or units not manufactured in Hauspire’s factory.
Painting & Polishing All paint finishes, texture paints, polishes, wall treatments, and touch-ups.
Wallpaper & Wall Panels Peeling, bubbles, discoloration, or detachment due to climate or surface variations.
POP / False Ceiling Works Any cracks, paint issues, or undulations developing over time due to structural movement or humidity.
Lighting Fixtures All ceiling lights, wall lights, LED strips, profiles, and decorative fixtures, regardless of brand or source.
Electrical Fittings Switches, sockets, conduits, or wiring provided during the project.
Glass, Mirrors, and Accessories Any cracks, breakage, or installation defects post-handover.
Soft Furnishings Curtains, blinds, rugs, and other decor items supplied as part of styling.
Appliances & Fixtures Chimneys, hobs, fans, or plumbing fixtures (which carry only brand warranty if applicable).
Any third-party or site-installed materials Items purchased, provided, or installed by the client or third-party vendors.
Note: None of the above categories are covered even under the complimentary post-handover service visit.

3. Warranty Duration

Warranty for modular furniture and hardware begins on the date of project handover and remains valid for 10 years from that date.

Hardware (such as hinges, channels, etc.) is covered as per the original manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by brand.

5. Post-Handover Service Policy

  • Hauspire provides one complimentary service visit within 30 days of project handover for minor adjustments limited to modular furniture only.
  • Any issues raised after 30 days are considered paid services, subject to feasibility and schedule availability.
  • Services for non-covered items (painting, false ceiling, wallpaper, lights, etc.) will not be entertained under any circumstances.

6. How to Raise a Warranty or Service Request

All service and warranty requests must be raised exclusively through the Hauspire Support Page.

No other means of communication will be entertained, including:

  • WhatsApp messages
  • Direct phone calls
  • Personal messages to sales, design, or site teams
  • Verbal communication through technicians

To raise a request

  1. Visit the Support Page and log in using your registered contact details.
  2. Create a new Support Ticket specifying project details (client name and address), a description of the issue, and upload clear photographs for assessment.
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement email and a ticket number for tracking; our support team will assess the case and respond within 3 working days.

7. Resolution Timeline

Hauspire aims to resolve valid modular warranty issues within 10–15 working days, subject to material availability.

All service requests are prioritized based on severity and feasibility, and replacement of parts or rework requiring factory production may take additional time.

8. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective modular part, as determined solely by Hauspire.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use or inconvenience
  • Any cost of temporary accommodation or alternative living arrangements

9. Ownership & Transferability

This warranty is issued to the original client only and is non-transferable to subsequent property owners, tenants, or users.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
