How we work
One company, start to finish.
Including the parts nobody shows you.
Design, manufacture, installation and handover — under one roof, with dedicated support when something needs fixing.
Plan · measure · make · fit · handover
A date. In the contract.
First we plan and design with you. Once the design is finalised, the 45-day clock starts — because the work happens on our own bench, not in someone else's queue. If we're late, it's our name on it, and we publish that too.
Discovery
We plan
We go through your floor plan and requirements in detail and align them with your quotation — with full transparency, no confusion, and complete clarity on scope and budget.
Design · Day 0
We measure
A designer visits and measures the flat. 2D layouts, mood boards, 3D drafts and material selection — revised until you sign off. Your final quote is locked at design finalisation, and the 45-day clock starts here.
Day 1–30
We make
Your kitchen and wardrobes are made on our own bench in our Pune factory. Come and watch if you like.
Day 31–43
We fit
Our own team, in your home. Photographs to your phone every evening.
Day 45
We handover
Snags closed, warranty signed, keys back to you.
Our journey with you
Ten steps. You're involved in all of them.
Throughout the journey you stay updated, involved and worry-free. Your trust is our responsibility.
01
Client expectation
We meet you and understand your lifestyle, needs, taste, budget and expectations in detail.
02
Design conceptualisation
Layout options, design ideas and a mood direction tailored to you.
03
Interior theme
The interior theme, colour palette, material mood and overall design language that reflects you.
04
Material selection
We finalise quality materials, fittings and fixtures — with you. You approve the board we will cut.
05
Working drawing
Detailed technical drawings prepared for accurate execution and seamless factory manufacture.
06
Site masking
We protect your existing spaces and finishes to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
07
Execution
Our own team executes the work with precision — from civil work to final installation and finishing.
08
Challenges
Site challenges and changes get addressed openly and efficiently, with the best possible solutions. Things do go wrong on site. We tell you when they do.
09
Site inspection
We inspect every detail for quality, finish, alignment and functionality before handover.
10
Handover
We hand over your home after final cleaning, snag clearance and a complete walkthrough.
Why step 08 is on this page
Every interior company's process diagram runs design → execution → handover, as if nothing ever goes wrong. Things go wrong. A wall isn't plumb, a delivery slips, you change your mind about the island. Nobody else publishes this step. We do, because the question worth asking a contractor isn't whether problems will happen — it's what they do when one does.
Steps 05–07
The middle of the process is where projects die.
Working drawing → factory → installation. For a marketplace, this is where your home leaves their control and enters a vendor's queue. It's where the delays start and where the material gets swapped.
For us it's three floors of the same building.
See the factory →Factory floor — working drawing pinned above a cut panel. The link between step 05 and step 07, in one photograph.
Don't take our word for it. Come and look.
Our factory is in Pune and the door is open Tuesday to Sunday. Nobody who sub-contracts can invite you in.
