In a home, a two-week overrun is annoying. In a commercial fit-out it's two weeks of rent on an empty space, and it's the reason we take this work at all: a fixed date is worth more here than anywhere. Our joinery arrives finished, so the on-site phase is short and predictable.
Large corporate fit-outs, anything needing serious MEP coordination, anything over about 3,000 sq ft. Those want a specialist contractor with a different structure to ours, and we'd rather say so than learn on your project.
