Inside the home
Foyer
An arched, temple-style entry door, a Tanjore-style art panel and a fluted timber shoe unit.
Pooja
Backlit arched niches with miniature paintings, cane-jaali shutters and a rangoli-motif wall.
Living room
Black-glass display shelving, a sage-green arched display cabinet and a cushioned window seat.
Dining
A hand-painted motif ceiling, a rose relief artwork and an X-leg dining table beside a bar unit.
Master bedroom
A scalloped arch headboard frame in timber, cane-mesh wardrobe shutters and wall sconces.
Second bedroom
A hand-painted floral wall within a timber arch, floating shelves and a slim mirror.
Ceilings
Framed false ceilings with timber borders, and a rangoli motif inlaid in the ceiling above the bed.
How this home was made
This 3 BHK at Pride Platinum, Baner was designed by Dhanashree in our studio and built on our own factory floor in Pune — the wardrobes, pooja unit and shoe cabinet were made as finished pieces and fitted on site, not assembled from a vendor's flat-pack.
The final cost came to about ₹14 lakh for roughly 1,100 sq ft of carpet area — around ₹1,270 per sq ft, with handover 55 days from the start of the project.
It was delivered in our Lux collection — “Curated. Customised. Distinctive.” Our usual Lux delivery window is 60–120 days after design sign-off.
