A 4 BHK Essential home at K-Shire, Punawale, Pune — around 1,200 sq ft of modular interiors delivered in 70 days for about ₹10 lakh. Factory-finished kitchen, wardrobes and units for a home that's already civil-complete. Designed by Gunjan and made on our own factory floor.

How this home was made

This 4 BHK at K-Shire, Punawale was designed by Gunjan in our studio and built on our own factory floor in Pune — the kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, pooja unit and shoe cabinet were made as finished pieces and fitted on site, not assembled from a vendor's flat-pack.

The final cost came to about ₹10 lakh for roughly 1,200 sq ft of carpet area — around ₹830 per sq ft, with handover 70 days from the start of the project.

It was delivered in our Essential collection — “Smart. Functional. Hassle-free.” Our usual Essential delivery window is 45–60 days after design sign-off.
